One place to manage all your accessibility risk. ATLAS gives you a credit-score-style rating across digital, physical, and administrative, and guides exactly how to maintain or improve it.

Let's see where you stand
Tell us about your business and ATLAS will generate a quick abridged risk score across your website, your location, and your policies.
A real person reviews every request. Your abridged score is an estimate, confirmed in person before any work begins.
ATLAS V1 · The ATLAS Score
A credit-score-style read on accessibility risk
One grade across digital, physical, and policy that leaders understand, and that points to exactly what to fix first.
Where to focus next
The lowest sub-score becomes the next priority. No guessing, ATLAS sequences the work by risk.
Risk in plain language
Critical, High, Medium, Low. Not a 47-page audit. A grade leaders and counsel can act on in seconds.
Defensibility-ready
Every score change writes to the substantiation record, the good-faith-effort trail courts look for.
Illustrative score card. Acme Diner is a fictional example.
Data-informed guidance
Let ATLAS guide you
ATLAS turns every inspection, scan, and policy into data, then guides what to do next. It recommends the fix, substantiates it, and proves the good-faith effort, so every step to improve your posture is backed by evidence, not guesswork.
How our managed service works
Your accessibility risk, handled for you
There’s nothing to log into and nothing to manage yourself. ATLAS is how we keep track of your accessibility risk across digital, physical, and administrative areas, a managed service run by accessibility professionals and people with lived experience, who do the inspecting, the fixing, and the documenting for you.
Tell us about your business
Share your address, your website, or both. We put together a first read on your ADA risk across digital, physical, and administrative areas, no obligation.
We show you where the risk is
Our team reviews what's driving your risk: website and WCAG issues, built-environment and CASp findings, and missing policies, in plain language, prioritized by what matters most.
We handle the work
Manual remediation, a CASp inspection of your location, policy development, grievance response, delivered via the certified partner network.
We keep you defensible
We maintain the record of your inspections, fixes, policies, and accommodation requests, the continuous trail that proves good-faith effort under the ADA. You don't manage anything; we do.
Your accessibility risk comes from more than your website
Risk extends into your physical location and into how you respond, document, and manage requests over time. ATLAS brings all of it into one comprehensive management approach, scored and kept current.
How we can help
Three pillars of comprehensive ADA compliance
Most providers do websites or buildings. We bring the full scope together, digital, physical, and policy, and manage it as one ongoing service. Wherever you are, there’s an entry point.

Industries we serve
Built for organizations with digital and physical footprints
Where accessibility risk concentrates, online and on-site.
Restaurants & Hospitality
Restaurant groups and hotels face ADA risk on two fronts: inaccessible online ordering and menu PDFs, and physical barriers at entrances, restrooms, and parking. We inspect both, so one demand letter doesn't expose the rest of your locations.
Restaurant accessibility →Small Business & Retail
For storefronts and e-commerce, we pair website accessibility audits with built-environment surveys, helping small businesses meet ADA and WCAG requirements without an in-house compliance team.
Retail accessibility →Government & Large Organizations
State and local governments face a hard ADA Title II deadline for WCAG 2.1 AA. We deliver manual website audits, document remediation, and physical facility surveys, with the documentation public entities need.
Government accessibility →Law Firms & Compliance Teams
Defense and plaintiff counsel rely on our unbiased, third-party accessibility inspections and court-ready documentation, including VPATs and demand-letter response, that holds up under scrutiny.
Legal & compliance →Healthcare Organizations
Multi-site medical groups and practices must keep both patient-facing websites and physical facilities accessible. We manage WCAG compliance, document remediation, and CASp inspections across the portfolio.
Healthcare accessibility →Property & Real Estate
Property managers and real-estate firms use our Certified Access Specialist (CASp) inspections and ADA transition planning to assess built-environment compliance across multiple buildings and portfolios.
Property & CASp →Pricing
Simple, defensible pricing
Comprehensive ADA Compliance Management is an annual service. One-time inspections are priced separately by scope.

Physical and CASp inspections are delivered through our certified partner network and priced by scope. We'll walk through exact pricing before any work begins.

Frequently asked
Common questions, answered
What is comprehensive ADA management?
Comprehensive ADA management is an ongoing, managed compliance service that covers every dimension of accessibility risk: digital (websites, apps, documents), physical (built environment and CASp), and administrative (policies, grievance handling, training). Instead of one-off audits, a comprehensive program treats compliance as continuous, with one team responsible for inspections, remediation, response, and the documentation that demonstrates good-faith effort over time.
Why isn't one-off ADA work enough?
ADA compliance is not a checkbox. Websites change, properties change, regulations evolve, and accessibility requests arrive from real users. A site that was audited two years ago is not the same site today. Lawsuits frequently target organizations that did a one-time audit, never maintained it, and have no documented record of how they responded to accommodation requests. A managed program keeps your record current and your good-faith effort on the record.
What's included in your managed service?
Manual website and document inspections, full digital remediation, CASp inspections through our certified partner network for physical locations, accessibility policy and grievance procedure development, accommodation request handling, staff training, and continuous documentation. There is nothing for you to log into and nothing to manage yourself.
How much does comprehensive ADA management cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of your organization, the number of locations and digital properties, and the level of ongoing response we manage on your behalf. Our managed service tiers start at $599 per year for the baseline managed program. Inspections (digital and physical) are priced separately based on scope. We provide a clear, no-obligation quote after a brief intake.
How does this reduce my ADA legal risk?
Legal exposure under the ADA usually comes from two things: barriers that haven’t been addressed and a lack of documentation showing you tried to address them. A managed program does both, manual inspections find and fix real barriers, and continuous documentation creates the good-faith-effort record courts look for. In California, comprehensive management also coordinates the CASp inspection that grants you Qualified Defendant status.
How is this different from accessibility software?
Accessibility software (overlays, scanners, dashboards) is a tool, not a service. It cannot inspect your building, confirm a screen reader user can complete a transaction, write your policy, respond to an accommodation request, or sit across from a judge with documentation. Comprehensive management is a service: real people doing the work, software where it actually helps.
