With a background in business development and client strategy, he brings a structured, inspection-first approach, working directly with organizations to evaluate websites, platforms, and documents using real-world testing methodologies. His work emphasizes clear reporting, transparent documentation, and collaboration with internal teams and developers. Adam also serves as Corporate Engagement Chair for the Los Angeles chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness.

Julian leads quality assurance, technical methodology, and inspection processes at Accessibilities. He develops and refines the firm’s inspection framework, ensuring findings, barrier documentation, and remediation recommendations are consistent, defensible, and aligned with recognized standards. He holds an M.S. in Cybersecurity from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where he was an NYU Cyber Fellow and a graduate teaching assistant. That technical background supports the secure handling of client data and the internal tools that power our inspection, reporting, and documentation. Working closely with the inspection team, Julian keeps technical recommendations aligned with WCAG and current industry practice while improving the accuracy and clarity of every report.

Marissa is an Inclusive Marketing and Digital Accessibility Specialist with over seven years of experience across digital marketing and accessibility strategy. Having lived with a visual impairment since early childhood, her perspective deepened after a rapid loss of vision, when she immersed herself in assistive technology, Braille, and adaptive skills through the Braille Institute. She was selected for the inaugural Ascend fellowship for disabled professionals. Today she advises organizations on building more inclusive digital and physical experiences, pairing marketing strategy with first-hand accessibility insight. Marissa serves as President of the Orange County Chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness and has represented the community at AAPD Power on the Hill.

Shana is a technology professional, educator, and accessibility advocate who pairs creative problem-solving with practical execution. As someone who is visually challenged, she works with a where-there-is-a-will mindset across technical, legal, and advocacy settings. She built her technical foundation at World Services for the Blind, earning her CompTIA A+ Certification and completing the Desktop Support Technician program, assembling complex hardware through tactile methods. She later served as an IT Administrator and Instructor, developing curriculum to help visually challenged individuals build independence with technology. Shana also serves as Vice President of the Orange County Chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness.

Connie is a lived-experience accessibility tester specializing in low vision user evaluation. She has Stargardt disease, a genetic retinal condition that causes progressive central vision loss, and regularly relies on screen readers, magnification tools, and high-contrast settings. She evaluates digital content under real-world conditions, uncovering barriers in layout, readability, navigation, and visual clarity that automated tools and purely technical reviews often miss. Her testing reflects how people actually interact with digital environments, bringing critical insight into how accessibility issues affect usability in practice. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Connie is also a passionate supporter of local businesses becoming more accessible.
